Hi. I am Jon Khan, a lawyer and Ph.D. researcher at Osgoode Hall Law School. From 2018-2019, I completed my LL.M. at the University of Toronto, and my thesis—under the supervision of Dr. Andrew Green—focussed on Canadian judicial decisions and judicial decision-making. I am continuing this research at Osgoode Hall Law School under the supervision of Dr. Sean Rehaag. Before starting this research, I worked as a public interest litigator and as a judicial law clerk in a trial level court. These experiences deepened my understanding of access to justice, litigation and Canadian law, and they exposed me to many areas of our legal system that desperately require reform.
